Political parties and disablility
Officially political parties say that they respect constitutional rights, human rights, some even claim that they support the disabled and the poor.
The ministry of foreign affairs values human rights:

But maybe in interior it is quite different.
Especially the Greens and the Left have or had published statements on this matter.
Meanwhile for the Greens disability is an issue anymore:

But there still is an active group of disabled people in the party:
https://gruene-behindertenpolitik.de/positionen
The Left still has a concept to include disabled people:

And some active groups on county level:

The Left also wants to overcome poverty:

Interestingly during Corona and the energy crisis, politicians started to get on the exclusion tracks, implying that:
everybody could wear masks and vaccinate;
everybody can endure low heating, cold showers, just wash with a washcloth;
everybody can eat everything- there is no such as nutrition and disease.
The author remembers not so nice scenes with people having no ideas about severe sicknesses but incited by the above described statements of politicians.
Political parties place their members as heads of the authorities and select the judges
Executive, legislative and judiciary are not independent. E.g. judges are chosen by the ministery of law (lead by a member of a political party) and a committee (also occupied by members of political parties). This is constanly criticised (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richterwahlausschuss#Kritik and more generally https://verfassungsblog.de/die-institutionelle-unabhaengigkeit-der-justiz-in-deutschland-ein-defizitbefund/),. This problem was also addressed by the EU (https://www.rbb24.de/politik/beitrag/2024/01/justiz-staatsanwaltschaft-justizminister-weisungsrecht-margarete-koppers.html).
As a matter of fact it is the political parties themselves which are to be held responsible for the ongoing discrimination, not only for the personnel, but also for the insufficient law.
