Most of the discriminating acts are done by the authorities

An actual example of the discrimination of the disabled is the brandnew adjustment of the immigration law which excludes de facto disabled people (https://taz.de/Reform-des-Einbuergerungsrechts/!5987447/). Citizenship is only given to them, who can support themselves. This is extremely discriminating and does reflect historic german Nazism in which disabled people were regarded as burden and unworthy of living- attitudes which lead to their final extermination.
